We are absolutely blown away by our pictures – We have just been going over them again and again – The classical style ones are bloody amazing, we love love love them. We can’t decide on favourites yet but the more we look the more we love them. The fortune teller is astounding, the monk ones haunting – and the interaction is incredible, Love your lighting, and how timeless you have made them, there’s so much narrative… Martin also mentioned how sensitive you have been with his disability, not hiding it but bringing out his best – the sailor one – wow … just wow !! Ray started as a photographer and became a friend – An exceptionally wonderful artist and photographer, Ray uses his charm, flare and eye for detail, to create fantastic images that differ from the norm, while capturing precious moments and lasting memories. As a result, the walls of my house are adorned with his work. I have sat for Ray for various projects; from full body henna to powder paint, outdoor images and collaborations with other artists and it’s impossible to not feel at complete ease while being photographed by him. In addition to the aforementioned, Ray has photographed my family, from age 4 to 84, even including the family dogs. Each family portrait session has presented its own challenges – they say never work with children or animals and yet Ray has overcome each challenge, documenting my children’s lives in images that my family and I, will treasure forever. In short, his passion for photography is reflected in the images he creates all while being a genuinely lovely, down to earth guy.

Life is made up of individual special moments that create lasting memories. I see Ray’s photography as a beautiful way to capture happy memories and emotions that will not fade with time.
